- 3-5 business days for other major towns
- Delivery fee: UGX 10,000 within Kampala, UGX 20,000 upcountry
Express Delivery
- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm (Kampala only)
- Next-day delivery for upcountry locations
- Delivery fee: UGX 20,000 within Kampala, UGX 30,000 upcountry
International Orders (From Amazon)
For products ordered through our Amazon service, shipping times vary:
Standard International Shipping
- Typically 10-15 business days after order confirmation
- Includes customs clearance
- Shipping fee calculated at checkout based on product weight/dimensions
Expedited Shipping
- Typically 5-8 business days after order confirmation
- Priority customs clearance
- Additional fee of 30% on standard shipping rate
