Local Products Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items in their original condition:
Returns Process
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions
- Package the item securely with all original packaging
- Return to our Kampala store or arrange for pickup (fees may apply)
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (credit/debit card, mobile money)
- Store credit (for faster processing)
- Cash refund (in-store only)
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Amazon Products Return Policy
Returns for Amazon products are more complex due to international shipping:
Eligibility
- Defective or damaged items: 30 days from delivery
- Wrong item received: 14 days from delivery
- Buyer's remorse: Case-by-case basis (restocking fees may apply)
Return Process
- Contact us immediately with details and photos if applicable
- We will coordinate with Amazon for return authorization
- You may need to ship item back to our US warehouse (shipping costs may apply)
- Refund processed after Amazon receives and verifies return
Amazon returns typically take 3-4 weeks for full processing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/products
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked "final sale"
